We are currently searching for an Experienced Head Chef to join this busy, private/charter Vessel for their upcoming Med Season.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience running the Galley alone and working in a fast paced program.
Cuisines preferred onboard will be Middle Eastern, British, Mediterranean + being adaptable to charter guest preferences.
Salary DOE, 5 days leave accrual per month.
Schengen visa preferred due to Vessel's cruising itinerary.
Qualification's Required: STCW • Seafarer's Medical Certificate • Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate • Seaman's Discharge Book • Culinary Diploma.
